General Trolley Features

Designed by Tasman Joinery Ltd, Tasman Trolleys have the following:

Exclusive features:

  • Trolley frames are from natural anodised aluminium extrusions with a unique interlocking assembly system 

  • Frames can be sent CKD or partly KD 

  • Trolley drawers on Tasman design full extension glides with total pullout prevention stops 

  • Slim walled natural anodised aluminium extruded drawers for years of durable operation

  • Three drawer height options 75, 125 and 175mm (3",5" and 7")

  • An 'L' shaped trolley rail that provides a 30mm high lip on all sides of the Utility type shelf

  • The 'L' rail is reversed for a flush top on the Dressing trolley type shelf

  • A removable and reversible solid 3mm laminate shelf

  • Easy to replace trolley rails or post should they be damaged

Standard features:

  • 100mm (4") ball bearing swivel castors 

  • 3mm removable and replaceable solid laminate shelves 

  • Cabinets are from low pressure melamine 

  • Work top surfaces are from high pressure laminate 

  • All rails and posts have rounded edges 

  • Solid natural anodised aluminium drawer handles (D type handle maybe fitted on larger drawers) 

  • Easy access to the back of the drawer when opened 

  • Wall protection buffers fitted to trolley posts

Optional features at extra cost:

  • 125mm (5") castors fitted

  • Brake castors fitted as required

  • Locks fitted for single or multiply drawers

  • IV pole fitted to any trolley

  • Oxygen carrier fitted to any trolley

  • Full extension roller drawer glides fitted to drawers

  • Side mount fold down lift up writing tray

  • Pullout work bench on double acting runners

  • Upstand extension with part bins

  • Stainless steel shelves fitted on selected trolleys
